HLC Secretary, Connie Clancey, had the opportunity to submit a book review this month for publication with The Humanist. The book is Bleak Walls, Bright Minds: In Their Own Words, a collection of written works by twenty-seven people who are each serving a sentence of life without parole in Iowa prisons. We invite you to visit The Humanist website to read her full review.
